The STI CMCP-1210 series bearing temperature sensor provides, fast and accurate readings from bearings, blocks, and other solids. The spring-loaded holder ensures solid contact in drilled holes with a built-in oil seal. The sensing probe features a copper alloy tip for quick response to temperature changes. Probes may be cut to length in the field using a tube cutter.

The SMI's CMCP420BNC-Conduit Elbow w/BNCis designed to mount on top of the CMCP420VT using it's 3/4" NPT thread. The Female BNC connector with protective cap is mounted in a right angle conduit fitting which allows access to the CMCP420VT's internal accelerometer for field data acquisition. Conduit or a Cable grip can then be attached to the other 3/4" NPT end.

STI's CMCP420LED is a fully potted bright Red LED designed to mount on top of the CMCP420VT. It is very easy to read and comes complete with a BNC connector for data acquisition direct from the CMCP420VT's internal accelerometer. The display is powered by the 4-20 mA loop and requires no external power. It is available in the same full scale units as the CMCP420VT and will read out in actual enginering units.

The STI's CMCP560 RTD Temperature Transmitter is compatable with 100 Ohm Platinum 3 wire RTD's. Available in English scaling, the CMCP560 checks for faults, processes the temperature signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a range of 0 to 250° F (-17.7 to 121° C). Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost temperature monitoring system.
